4th Annual Banking and Finance Law Seminar 2017

GANADO Advocates, in collaboration with the Malta Bankers’ Association, is organising the 4th Annual Banking and Finance Law Seminar on 16 March 2017, at Le Méridien St. Julians Hotel & Spa.

The Annual Banking and Finance Law Seminar is a yearly appointment for leading lawyers and officers working at the forefront of banking and finance law issues. The Seminar provides an opportunity for participants to share salient updates and insights to their practice.The Seminar addresses diverse implications of the evolving banking regulatory environment on multiple stakeholders.

Guest speaker Mr. Andreas Witte, Principal Legal Counsel, Directorate-General Legal Services, at the European Central Bank, will be delivering a presentation on the new environment of banking supervision from a stakeholder’s perspective.
