5th Annual Banking and Finance Law Seminar 2018

GANADO Advocates, in collaboration with the Malta Bankers’ Association, is organising the 5th Annual Banking and Finance Law Seminar on 8 March 2018, at Le Méridien St. Julians Hotel & Spa.

The Annual Banking and Finance Law Seminar is a yearly appointment for leading lawyers and officers working at the forefront of banking and finance law issues. The Seminar provides an opportunity for participants to share salient updates and insights to their practice.

Guest speaker Dr. Jean-François Adelle, Partner at Jeantet, France, will be delivering a presentation on the 2016 Reform of the Law of Obligations in the French Civil Code and its impact on banking and finance transactions.
