Dr Elaine Magri participates in workshop on EU Distribution Directive Published on September 26, 2016 On 22 September 2016, Dr Elaine Magri of GANADO Advocates participated in a workshop at the Malta Financial Services Authority, which was jointly organised by the Association of Insurance Brokers, the Malta Insurance Management Association and the Malta Insurance Association on the EU Distribution Directive. Dr Magri, an Associate with GANADO Advocates’ Insurance and Pensions department, delivered a presentation with a particular focus on a recent consultation paper, published by the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA), regarding the Insurance Distribution Directive.
