Dr Matthew Attard speaks at Malta Maritime Law Association Seminar Published on November 24, 2017 On 23 November, the Malta Maritime Law Association organised a seminar on ‘New Frontiers in the Maritime Environmental Law Sector’ held at the Malta Chamber of Commerce. Dr Matthew Attard, Senior Associate at GANADO Advocates gave a presentation about Regulating the Removal of Wrecks with a focus on the Nairobi Wreck Removal Convention and how it works in practice. The Seminar was attended by over a hundred professionals from various areas of the Maritime Industry as well as a significant number of students from the IMO International Maritime Law Institute.
