GANADO Advocates sponsors Private Equity Europe Forum in London

The Private Equity Europe Forum, that has been organised in London between the 20th and 21st of June, is a two-day networking and peer education platform that brings together industry professionals and investors to discuss the opportunities available within the private equity market. The forum is targeted mainly at pensions, foundations, endowments, family wealth, investment consultants, OCIO, sovereign funds, hospital plans and insurance private market investors and this year’s discussion revolved around private equity in times of economic uncertainty, best practices for efficient investment due diligence, the industry post-Brexit and the landscape ahead, HNWIs and family offices’ allocations to private equity, and structural considerations in fund formation and operations, particularly in the light of recent regulatory developments.

GANADO Advocates sponsored this year’s Private Equity Europe Forum and Dr Andre Zerafa and Mr Paul Falzon, from the firm’s Investment Services and Funds team, were amongst the Maltese participants present at this event. On Tuesday 20th June, Dr Zerafa, together with Mr Joseph Camilleri from BOV Fund Services, hosted a Malta round-table discussion on Private Equity and Venture Capital.
