GANADO Advocates to Sponsor FinanceMalta Swiss Events on Asset Management Published on April 5, 2016 GANADO Advocates will be one of the key sponsors at two conferences organised in Switzerland by FinanceMalta. The events, titled Malta’s Value Proposition for the Asset Management Industry, will be held in Geneva and Zurich on the 5th and 6th of April respectively. The aim of these events is to portray Malta as a well-established jurisdiction, with a robust fund regulatory regime, where various fund typologies (such as AIFs and UCITS Funds) can be set up. Dr Marina Grech, Associate within GANADO Advocates’ Investment Services and Funds practice, will be participating at a panel discussion during both events. The panel discussion will revolve around the various investment services operations that may be established in Malta, including what opportunities exist for small investment managers in an EU context.
