This year’s conference is expected to bring together 350+ alternative investment professionals and investors from around the world to discuss the current state of affairs as well as the outlook of the alternative asset class industry. Andre Zerafa, Partner in charge of the Investment Services and Funds practice at GANADO Advocates, will be hosting an investor/manager roundtable at GAIM on the 2nd of July. During this roundtable discussion, Andre will be taking a closer look at the legal and regulatory implications of fund raising in Europe.
