Cape Town Convention Academic Project – 4th Conference

The Cape Town Convention Academic Project is a joint undertaking between the University of Oxford Faculty of Law and the University of Washington School of Law. Aspects of the Project are also being undertaken under the auspices of the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT).

The fourth annual conference, which builds on the success of the first three, will be held in Oxford on 8th and 9th September 2015. Papers will include discussion of the relationships between the CTC and the 1944 Geneva Convention, between the CTC and international sanctions and between CTC articles 13, 14 and 54(2) and local procedural law.

Dr Max Ganado (Senior Partner) and Dr Daniel Aquilina (Partner) will be representing GANADO Advocates at this conference.
