This event, which is organised annually by ELSA Malta, was addressed by a number of shipping lawyers and professionals with an established presence in the local maritime sector. Dr Jotham Scerri-Diacono, Partner within the firm’s Shipping practice, delivered a lecture on Claims and Enforcement on Ships on Tuesday, 22nd August and Dr Matthew Xerri, Associate within the same practice, spoke about Ship Finance on Thursday, 24th August.
