Dr Louis Cassar Pullicino speaks at annual Company Law Conference Published on October 30, 2017 On 25th October, GANADO Advocates Managing Partner, Dr Louis Cassar Pullicino spoke at the annual Company Law Conference organised by the Department of Commercial Law at the University of Malta in collaboration with the Malta Law Academy, within the Chamber of Advocates. The event, first organised in 2000, has gained a significant audience over the past years and welcomed many distinguished speakers. The topics covered this year included Company Governance, Corporate Misbehaviour, Directors’ Duties and the civil law consequences of winding-up.
