GANADO Advocates participated at the annual summit of iGaming (SiGMA), at the Intercontinental Hotel in Malta from 16th to 19th November. Now in its 3rd consecutive year, the summit continues to be regarded as a platform that brings together the entire gaming community – from affiliates and operators to regulators and vendors.

Dr Paul Micallef Grimaud, Partner within GANADO Advocates’ Intellectual Property, Technology, Media and Telecoms practice, and Dr Matthew Brincat, Partner within its Employment and Pensions practice, spoke during one of the partnership events on Friday, 18th November, discussing the gaming industry’s human capital and performance patterns. Dr Micallef Grimaud and Dr Brincat participated in a panel debate that raised a discussion about the industry’s skills shortages, emerging employment trends and the resulting legal and tax implications.
