GANADO Advocates Lawyer Admitted to New York State Bar

GANADO Advocates lawyer Nicholas Curmi was recently sworn in as a member of the New York State Bar by the Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court, at an oath ceremony held at the First Judicial Department Courthouse in Manhattan on the 23rd June 2014.

Nicholas is also admitted to the Maltese Bar and is the first advocate to be admitted to practice in both jurisdictions. He is an Associate in GANADO’s corporate department, with a practice that focuses on capital markets and structured finance. Nicholas returned to GANADO after three years in New York, where he obtained an LL.M. degree from Fordham Law School, graduating magna cum laude, and spent two years as a visiting attorney with U.S. law firm Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.
