Consultation paper on the Virtual Financial Asset rules for VFA Issuers Published on July 31, 2018 The Malta Financial Services Authority yesterday published the ‘Consultation paper on the Virtual Financial Assets Rules for Issuers of Virtual Financial Assets’. These Rules will eventually be incorporated as Chapter 2 of the Virtual Financial Assets Rulebook.
