Paul Micallef Grimaud, Partner heading the firm’s Intellectual Property, TMT and Data Protection practice group, contributed the Malta chapter in ‘The Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights in the EU Member States‘ book published by Petillion Law. The publication provides a timely overview and analysis of intellectual property rights enforcement in the EU Member States by taking a close look at the European Directive 2004/48/EC on the Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights and its application in national and EU case law. The book, that is a collaborative effort of lawyers from top-tier EU firms, was officially launched on 14th February in Brussels. Go back
